(Q) How much do you charge for your website design services?

(A). It depends on what you want.  A dynamic website design or a design where a lot of advanced programming has been used will cost you more than a simple html website. To be honest you would be better with a simple site, it will cost you a lot less and a simple design will be easier to get ranked well in the search engines. (Q) Do I need to use your hosting?

(A) No you don't but you will find our hosting services very reasonable ($25/month) and most clients like hosting with us so that they have one point of contact for all their website needs.  If you chose to host with another provider, they must have Microsoft Frontpage 2003 server extensions installed with forms e-mail support.  You will be charged for any time that Wize Dezigns spends interfacing with your hosting company in regards to setup or maintenance issues.

(Q) What about e-commerce?

(A) For  $64.95 a month (and misc. bank charges), Wize Dezigns can provide you with a full service e-commerce package.  We can help you set-up and run an online store with real-time credit card processing. Please see our

(Q) Do I need to use a website design company that is local to me?

(A) No you don't but if you live in the St. Croix Valley, you will love our personal service. Everything can be done over the internet or the telephone. We design websites for companies nationwide and sometimes don't meet our clients, some of whom have been clients of ours for years. Our door is always open to anyone who would like to speak to us face to face in Hudson Wisconsin and our phone and e-mail is always available for you if you are not local.

(Q) Why should I use your website design services and not another company, and have you got a proven track record?

(A) We provide a one to one personal service and are friendly and accommodating. We are always available by phone or email to answer your questions. Our website design prices are very competitive. We are experts in search engine optimization, most website design companies are not. (Q) Are there any hidden charges for your website design or optimization services?

(A) No! Once we have all the information about your requirements you will be given a price and that price will stand firm for both the website design and the optimization, if required. The only time a given price would change is if you want another page or any other material added before completion of the website.

(Q) Can I see the design while my website is under development?

(A) Yes! Once the design for the main page has been completed it will be uploaded to our server for your approval. After approval the rest of website will be developed.

(Q) Can I make changes to the website design or text content once it has been started?

(A) Yes! The main page will be uploaded for your approval. If you want changes made to the design we can do it then.

(Q) How long will the design of my website take?

(A) It depends. If you are just having a website designed and developed, about two weeks. If you are having optimization carried out as well, around three weeks. A lot depends on what your requirements are. We like to tell everyone a month, that way we don't make promises we can't keep.

(Q) How much do you charge for updates?

(A) We only do updates to websites that we design but we are happy to take over an existing site for you. Our hourly charge is $100 per hour. Saying that, if it's just a small change we usually don't make a charge!

(Q) Can I make changes to the website myself after it is up and running?

(A) Of course!! Wize Dezigns chose Microsoft Frontpage 2003 as a development tool solely because of its user-friendly interface.  We know that most businesses do not have hundreds of dollars a month to budget towards website maintenance.  It is crucial that you keep your website updated so visitors will continue to return but with a design from Wize Dezigns you will not be forced to pay someone $100/hour to maintain your website.  It normally takes one to two hours for training and then you are off and running.  It would also require that you purchase the software which is sold at most computer stores for around $180.

(Q) What screen resolution will you design my website for?

(A) Whatever screen resolution you would like. Most people have their screen resolutions set at 800x600 so that's the resolution we would usually design a website for.
